1/2 cup all-purpose flour

1/2 cup quick-cooking rolled oats

1/2 cup packed brown sugar

1/2 teaspoon salt

3 tablespoons Peanut Butter

3 tablespoons butter or margarine

5 or 6 cooking apples, peeled, cored, and sliced

Light cream or vanilla ice cream (optional)

In small bowl, stir together flour, oats, brown
sugar and salt.

Add in Jif and butter or margarine till mixture
resembles coarse crumbs. Set aside.

Place apples in greased 9 x 1 1/2-inch round
microwave baking dish.

Sprinkle Jif mixture evenly over the apples.

Microwave 14 to 16 minutes, turning dish 1/4
turn after 7 minutes.

Serve warm or cool with cream or ice cream.
