1 1/3 cups firmly packed light brown sugar

2/3 cup Reduced Fat Jif Crunchy Peanut Spread

1/2 cup Crisco® Shortening

2 eggs

1/4 cup milk

1 teaspoon vanilla

1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

Preheat oven to 350?F.

Grease 13 x 9-inch baking pan.

Combine brown sugar, Jif and Crisco® Shortening
in large bowl. Beat at medium speed of electric mixer until
just blended.

Add eggs, milk and vanilla. Mix just until blended.

Combine flour, baking powder and salt. Add all
at once to creamed mixture. Mix at low speed just until blended.
(Do not over mix.)

Spread in greased pan.

Bake at 350?F for 25 to 28 minutes or until
set and lightly browned.
