1 cup sugar

1/2 cup Jif Peanut Butter

6 tablespoons butter or margarine, softened

2 eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla

1 cup whole wheat flour

1 teaspoon baking powder

1/4 teaspoon salt

1 cup flaked coconut confectioners' icing

Preheat oven to 350?F.

Create a creamed mixture of sugar, Jif and butter
or margarine.

Add eggs and vanilla; beat well.

Stir together flour, baking powder and salt;
add to creamed mixture.

Beat just till well mixed.

Stir in coconut.

Spread in greased 11 x 7 x 1 1/2-inch baking
pan.

Bake in 350?F oven for 25 to 30 minutes.

Cool. Cut into bars.

Drizzle with confectioners' icing.
